Is that an old quest you took last year, or did you grab it now somehow?

It's the former. I never got around to completing that quest on the second account. The Mad King's Steward isn't in LA, or I couldn't find him. Voice of Grenth sent me into UW rather than booting to Ascalon as usual.

Here's another image with a 5th year mini in case an update fixes this. Candysmith Marley seems appropriate.

Another update just went live.
The costumes are now for sale at the store.

And the speculation on this thread was right. The red one is a Lich costume.

Each costume has three pieces. Lunatic Court has an option to go headless (equipping the headpiece while Headless causes the flame to stay aswell!), while the Raiment of the Lich has the face paint posted a few pages ago. Pretty awesome.

Honestly.......I think the new costumes are ugly. In the case of the Lich really, really, really ugly.

I think they're alright, although I was a bit surprised looking at the female version of the lunatic court finery from the behind for the first time. I didn't see that one coming.

Headless Lunatic + ele head piece

Where is the /shakebutt command for the female lunatic? That's some serious junk in the trunk.

Great job Anet! This is the first set of costumes I've gotten so far, but seeing them in game I am extremely likely to buy different ones if you guys keep these standards!

Info is up on guildwars.com - quests will be available on Monday.

Quote:
Monday, October 25th: The new Halloween quests begin in Lion’s Arch and Kamadan. Pit your skill against the Lunatic Court, delve into the Underworld to take on Dhuum with your allies, or embark on a classic Halloween quest from holidays gone by. Speak with the Mad King’s Steward to begin your adventure!

I really hope to fight Dhumm you don't have to do all the dang UW quests. But it will, so, again, won't be fighting him this year...
